The CEU Helper App

If you need to collect credits at this year’s Symposium, please follow the steps below to get set up with CEU Helper.

STEP 1: Create an account

Go to the CEU Helper website to register a new account or log in to your existing account.
You can also create an account directly in the app.

STEP 2: Download the APP (Optional)

Ensure you are using the most recent version, particularly if you have CEU Helper from a previous event. You can update through your device's app store. Alternatively, you can go to https://ceuhelper.com/ and use the web version.

STEP 3: Watch the tutorial

For more information on using the app, please watch this tutorial.

STEP 4: Log in and join a session

Once you are logged in, you will see a list of upcoming conferences.

Select Geneva Centre for Autism International Virtual Symposium 2022.

All relevant sessions will appear under this category.

Select the session you would like to join and press the check in button.

STEP 5: Check-in and check-out (live and recorded sessions)

In order to check in to a session, select the ‘Type in event code (preferred)’ option

The check-in event code (a four-digit number) will appear in the virtual session room at the start of the event.

You must check-in to the session no later than 10 minutes after the session has started and stay for the full duration of the session until you see the check-out event code (four digit number) which will appear at the end.



Other important information:

  • "Join the Conference" in the app at home or work.
  • Joining and leaving a conference requires an internet connection.
  • The app will work offline for most features once you join the conference.
  • Please note, data rates may apply while using CEU Helper.
  • You do not need to leave the app open during your conference. Just open the app when you need to check in or out of an event.
